Alright well here is the story, i got 6 plants in flower, this is my first grow and i just killed my mother but i got some clones from her earlier and one is in flower and the other will be my new mother, it sucks the other one was so big but hey its my first grow every thing cant be perfect right? lol well i built a cabinet for my mother since i only have one grow room and need two of them lol. well my question is can i keep a mother alive with one 23w cfl on the top and 2 13w cfls on the sides? also i thought of an idea so hopefully someone can through in there thoughts. i was thinking about keeping my mother in hydro, cloning in rockwool, once i see roots but it in to hydro for a couple weeks in veg.. then go back to soil for the flowering part? is this possible at all or is that just a stupid idea?? lol thanks..

It's possible, but hydro to soil is HUGE difference and can cause a lot of stress. As soon as you see rotts, stick them in soil. And yes those lights will keep your mother plant alive, but that's all they will. Swap them out for some bigger CFL's and you'll be fine.
alright if i have to i will go to 2 23w lights but i need to keep my watts down as much as possible lol. if i use around 100w for flower how many plants do you think i could keep going? obvisously im not looking to pull ounces of the plants more like a sea of green grow?
