i have 2 plants but I have no cash. I've only got 20 bucks to spend. will those be suffiect enough?

How the hell did this get a 5 star rating? lols. Those are actually 18$ for a 6 pack.
And yeah, the more the merrier. 6 of those might be enough for 2 plants in a small, small space.

no at lowes i bought a 4 pack for 11bucks 23w 27k bulbs but more the marrier cant really have to much light

Those first ones that you linked to are great; DEPENDING on the size of your room. Preferably very small. if so you will be fine but make sure you get the Soft white ones for flowering.
