Is this enough light? 125w 2700k 6500 lumens Cfl

I have a my one week old plant under a 125 watt 2700k 6500 lumen cfl bulb. Is it enough light for this plant? It's about 2" away from it.

Yes, it's enough light. I veg under 125w too. IMO, raise it between 6"-10" though, and put a small circular fan in between.

If you are just doing just one plant, you could get the 200w 6400k bulb (same shape, but a little bigger, more tubes) and switch the bulb for flower. I used to do that for 4 plants. Worked well.

Now I switch to a 150w hps. Light penetrates just a little deeper than the CFL. Comes out to 40% more lumens. And I'm doing only 3 plants (3 diff strains).
