Is this a Zinc Problem - question from first timer !

Hello everyone

This is my first post as I'm in the middle of my first grow.

I have one plant in vegetative and I think it has a zinc problem but wanted to be double sure before doing anything.

I am in Uruguay so any suggestions that involve something I can buy down here from a normal gardening shop as opposed to any 'specialist' that probably wouldn't be available here but also be helpful.
