Is this a marijuana plant?

A while back, I took some seeds out of a bag and planted them outside. Then I kinda forget about them, then yesterday I saw something that kinda looks like it could be a plant, but I'm not sure. There's tiny little green "budlike" things starting to grow on it but again, I don't know.

I added some pics. Horrible quality but maybe somebody can make it out.

Its in the same area where I planted the seeds. And its hard to tell in the pics because of the plants in the background. I just wanna be real sure. Don't wanna feel like an idiot going out there and trying to nurture along a regular ass non-cannabis weed.

I need a way better pic. Does it have recognisable fan leaves?

Your pics could be better, but i think i got what i needed out of the first one..and no my friend, it doesn't appear you have a marijuana plant.
