Is this a Hermie?

Hey guys.
This is a plant of a mate of mine ( he is still waiting on account confirmation) Is it a hermie, it has just this one flower and obviously a shit load of sacs. He thinks he has been overwatering it also. He wants seeds and has it in with a female.

is that actually bud on the top.? it's hard to tell if its hermie or all male
with that pic. either way it'll chuck pollen although i dont know about keeping seed bred by a hermie.

If he wants seeds he is doing good. But I don’t think he really wants these seeds.
It looks like it was heat stressed with the leaf taco in the pic.
