is this a good bug or bad

I have a lot of these on the outside of my fabric pots, they don't fly and just walk around.

I'm sure I have some in my soil too.

It has 2 long antennas at the front

This was the best pic I could get hopefully it's enough for someone to I.D it.

I'm learning towards Hypoaspis Miles.

They look like MOULD MITES aka CHEESE MITES aka FLOUR MITES.

Google fu the names above and have a look.

I think you are spot on.

I was actually looking at one of the mites for about 30 seconds through my jewelers loupe and I can see it eating what appears to be fungi on the outside of my fabric pot, I'm growing in organic living soil so I guess that explains it.
