Is this a good beginner guide ?

Hello, first post, Woot! So i got a newb question;

While i was searching for an easy way to grow cannabis, i stumbled upon that site: http://www.growweedeasy.com/easiest-grow-method-cfl-coco-coir.

Would you recommend a begginer to try this method ? I've noticed he starts feeding them right away at the veg phase, isn't that a bad idea ? From what i gathered you should start feedind when the plant have 3 set of leaves ?

this is old but will anyone else comment??? it claims6.2 not 16!! i know someone using this guid but with a 400w hps. first time so we will c how he does
