is that "real" compost?
or the crappy tree chunks they sell as compost?
if it's real grass/leaf compost you can sub out the castings for that (not ideal, but possible)
remember that pretty much all real compost is comprised of a lot of worm castings, well, I guess that depends, but most of the time.
i'd add a lil either manure or fish meal for another source of nitrogen, neem is slow release and not super high in available nitrogen.

Sounds pretty good for a mix, make sure you get earthworm casting, 1 part of that.

My good friend owns a tree trimming company so i just go in his backyard and find the fivnest compost pile and try and dig past the outer layer is where it looks the most rich. ill be sure to add some fish meal to thanx for the info

absolutely.
and if the compost is high quality you'll be surprised how lil nutrients are needed.
the compost is loaded with all sorts of macros and micros
