Looks more like a centipede

That's carabidae larva. It will grow into a beetle and does not bore into plants. It feeds on other bugs. It's a predatory insect.

Your absolutely correct. I treated a borer hole on a peach tree ,pretty positive it was any way. Hole w jelly stuff coming out. I blasted it with spinosad and something that looked just like that crawled out. Now im wondering if i did get the borer....
