I empty the entire res and fill again with clean ph'd water, no nutes 2 weeks prior to harvest, I just add clean ph'd water from that time on. Flushes them pretty good. :mrgreen::peace:

hoff, from what i have read and a little common sense, my thought is this;

theres alot of advice on water to use and start with mostly the top three would be RO water, Distilled water and personal well water if not hooked up to town/city and you have low ppm, like me.

pretty sure distilled water can be gotten from places like cvs or walgreens. not to expensive.

i can get RO water from work because we use in in the semiconductor industry but i no take that chance.

my well water is clean and cold with an initial ppm of 50-75. and the ph is right at 7. so that is what i am using.

the last thing i read but isnt highly recommended is if you have town or city water, then you should fill a container with your res amount and leave sit overnight expose to air. this removes the chlorine the wastewater treatment plants use to treat and clean water. i should know i am licensed.
also check ppm. if it is high dont use.

4 choices, no nutes, correct ph. good luck.

see my runts? what u think.
