i got myself two apollo 10s yesterday. midway through the build i changed my lens types. Im not sure if they put my change into the lights i got. is there a way to test the lens angle? like for instance can if i hold the lights a certain distance would the light spread let me know if they made the changes for me? i just want to make sure that the lights were built to my final specs. thanks.

What are the lens angles you opted for on the build from cindly.com??? I'm sure we can figure out with help(guod!:)) at what distances with a white piece of paper the blending characteristics(lens degree) of your fixture..........

i asked for 90 degree, originally it was 120 degree. at 18 inches above the plants teh light does not blend very well. i can see the separate colors. ill take a measurement of height and a picture of the color blending later, but generally speaking, would good blending at say 24 inches mean its a tighter or wider beam?

Well this is my spectrum blend on Han's panel with all diodes over 100 degree angle at 18 inches >>>001.jpgVery good blending....... so it's safe to say that yes you have 90 degree lenses

thanks guys, this whole led is new to me i know led flashlight and things like that but the science behind it and how it relates to plants is something im trying to learn. im a outdoor grower so normally all i have to worry about is clouds and when to plant outside haha.
