Is there a plant doctor in the house?

Growing indoors under CFL's (4 23w 6500, 2 23w 2700)
Watering ever 3-4 days, when soil is dry about an inch deep
Scotts Earthgro potting soil (garbage soil, don't use) mixed about 25% with perlite
Around a month into veg.

There are a few spots on the plant which I wasn't worried about really, however after I transplanted I started seeing the outer edges of some of the leaves a lighter shade of green than the rest of the leaf. I searched and believe it is likely cal or mag deficiency, soil was pretty dry so I watered yesterday with FF Grow Big (2 Tsp. per gallon), which may have fixed the problem time will tell but I figured while I had time I would post.

Another problem is upper leafs, mostly the new growths looking thin and "spindley" is a word I heard used to describe it, and cupping downward. I believe it it probably heat related, right now I have my temps holding right around 80 but last week it spent a few days in the 90's.

Last 3 pictures aren't very relevant, the last 2 are taken 6 days apart second from last is the day of transplant last one is from today.

My plan assuming they are healthy is to switch to flower next week, giving them time to recover from transplant.

Edit: Strain is unknown, both plants are bag seed, hopefully Bubba Kush though. I'm a legal medical patient and wanted a practice grow under my belt before dropping cash on seeds.
