is there a default clause int the constitution?

I think what FDD is trying to ask is does the Constitution say what would happen if it wasn't followed anymore.
 
Not only is there no remedy contained within the Constitution, there is no way to determine if a law has been broken - Marbury v madison fixed this. The Constitution was never intended to be a self contained document but a framework upon which all of our other laws hang. It never then, nor does it now, need a remedial clause.
