Is Short Nepali always This short?(vid)

I was browsing for some short auto strains and stumbled upon this

Oversized pot for what it is .....seems to have plenty of soil and yet it stays This short?........

I was wondering if anyone tried this strain ,does it always stay this short?would be perfect for a PC grow or several plants crammed into a tiny space
