wat happen was right when it went to start making bud, the leaves got cut like dude trimmed it up or somthn and it was just chilling there not makin progress for like 3 weeks, then it finally started showing growth, its def not hermi its weird i kno...im just tryn to hear wat yall gotta say

the top is very far away from being done I would say about halfway through flower. If its outdoors and you haven't done any sort of light deprevation, you will be ready around october assuming you live in north america
