so i'm about a little over 2 weeks into flowering and everything seems to be going good until i saw these...at first i thought they would eventually get the white hairs going but now i'm thinking that she might be a hermie..what do you guys think??? false seed pods or male pollen sacks?

like i said it's only been a little over 2 weeks, isn't too early for false seed pods out of females??

looks female to me...wait a week or 2. that first pic kinda looks like male. if you get several pods next to each other def. male.

the rest of her looks female...its only the nodes next to the main branch that has the pods....i don't want to wait long enough for the pods to open up and spread the pollen =( but from what i'm seeing all 4 of my girls look like this...must be something i'm doing wrong if all of them are turning hermie. my high temp at the max is about 93ish (i stop my exhaust fan an hr before my light shuts off, so that i can get the temp up a little bit so it doesn't drop down too much at nite) my overall low is about 73 or maybe 70...is that too much fluxuating in the temp??

i don't think it would be...i grew one this summer outside and the temps would range from 65-115, i don't know...should i just let them grow? man this is frustrating...maybe the seeds i'm using???

i dunno. i've seen that on friends plants. they've turned out to be super-pistillated little clusters, with about 6 or more finally popping out.
i've only had one plant ever do it, i knocked them off and split them open. didn't appear to have any male characteristics. plus, it's a singular calyx looking pod. wouldn't male flowers still appear like a little club, even on a hermie?

Ok what we have here is a failure to................................Oh sorry that was in a movie!

Anyway what we have here is pods. In time you should see what appears to be white or green looking hairs coming out of it. Three things could be going on here. 1. it's a hermie (very unlikely). 2. It's all natural and the plant will never produce seeds because this pod is just the same as the pods that grow on your buds. Females will only produce two pods on each side of node (where branch/leafs grows out) 3. It's a male. (extremely unlikelikly) Males produce several pods (sacks) three or more per node, and no little hairs appear out of them. No fear over the pods eithier way because hermies can be dealt with safely, It will never affect your other plants in any way since no pollen has been produced. and like I said no pollen will ever be produced. It is not a male by the way so get that out of your head right now!
`
If you do get a male by some odd chance Take it to another grow area and let it develope. Caution though - KEEP IT AWAY FROM YOUR FEMALES. When the pollen sacks start to put out it's pollen, take a Q-Tip collect some. Take one of your females out away from the rest and place the pollen on one bud (only one bud). For the first two days keep it away from your other females.
`
After the two day period spray the bud with a water spray bottle and let sit for 1 hour. Then place back into main grow room and let it finish up with the rest of your plants. By doing this you will poduced only a few seeds in which you can grow a new strain (providing you put the pollen on a different strain to begin with). Oh and by the way placing the pollen only on one bud will not affect the rest of the buds on that plant if your careful placing the pollen on just the buds you want to seed. If you want just part of a bud to seed then place the pollen very carfully on the lower part of that bud.

`
Best of luck!

all of the pictures are from the same plant tho? everyone keeps saying the first pic looks male and the other 2 pics don't...the only problem is all 3 pics r from the same plant lol...i've picked off some of the pods and i've opened them up but i can't tell if they have pollen in them...i guess i'll just let them grow.

yup they are hermie...the pollen sacks just opened =( hopefully it wont pollinate all of the buds...that sux...i got these seeds from the dutch passion seed company..they're supposed to be feminized seeds...i'd recommend just getting regular seeds and saving yourself some money
