Is root rot and reservoir stank "a thing" in coco?

What does that cycle look like on a schedule with 2 veg and 6 flower?
Should be able to pull a room every 3 weeks or sooner depending on a few things. My one veg room is 60x40 plus clone room. I'll be able.to keep the load out in my rooms consistent. I'm timing it as best I can to allow 14 day drying times. This way as soon as my drying room empties it gets filled back up the next day.

The last real cultivation that I worked for had 8 flower rooms 1 drying room curing container, 1 mother room and two veg rooms. That perpetual worked very nicely if you kept all the strains as 8 week strains. Veg #1 was for cloning and weeks 1 and 2 veg . Veg room number 2 was for Weeks 3 and 4 veg. Every week of veg was the exact plant count scheduled out for it's designated room when it was scheduled to be harvested. 7-10 day hang and trimmed down enough to cure while it was awaited to be hand trimmed.

But in order to get that to work optimally every department head had to stay on their own schedule for the entire cultivation to stay on that week by week production schedule. Any type of hick up will throw it off.

Cool man . That looks like a fun project. It is really the flower rooms you need to keep full. If it takes 3 days to flip or veg plants are not ready . those days add up at the end of the year. We always aim for a 1 day turn around to chop, clean and then fill the next day.

We did eventually start running different time length strains but it gets tricky . We had to designate a room specific to that to keep the rest of the building on it's original production schedule. Good luck. I will be watching the progress.

There are a few scheduling combinations that might work nice depending on your team and your space. You could run 3 rooms by monthly perpetual or 4 rooms bi weekly on 8 week strains and designate the other two for different finish length strains on their own separate schedule.

Ideally, I would love to have the luxury of hanging for 14 days or longer but I have found that you can get it down to 7-10 with excellent results in a commercial setting. I am on a back to back to back triple harvest right now and I have no space to go past 7 . Rooms gotta come down and I need a controlled space to hang it.

Na, stay out east.
I am not going to stay in Canada . The industry is bunk here. I am supposed to pay HC $1600 to get a security clearance which could take over a year to then be able to apply for a master grower or Director of ops role in BC and get paid less then what I could pull for myself out of a 2 car garage? Grow top shelf fire, hang dry, hand trim and cure to perfection to then whole sale it out to provincial distributors for 4 dollars a gram so that they can mark it up to 20. Very disappointed in the opportunities here.
