Is Rapid Rooter the easiest starter plug?

I use rr for clones and it works great I highly recommend...
For starting seeds I dont use them o just germ in paper towel than to soil...
Rr are badass for clones imo but should work fine for seedlings I guess...

This is what I do.
Rapid rooter for clones, Peat pellet for seed after paper towel germination method,:weed:
 
clone-x and rockwool, made sure to slice at an angle with a razor blade. 30 out of 32 made it. this was my very first attempt at ever cloning and it's pretty simple.

I use rapid rooters and used to use rockwool. the gel in the rapid rooters seems to make the roots grow faster. other than that I don't really notice a difference.
 
rapid rooters r best I found.. even if u sprout seed in paper towel then ur like how do I put it in the rapid rooter with out damaging it? I cut the rapid rooter a lil on the the top so I can spread the rooter around the seedling then close it at the top wit a zip tie or bead tie. u cut from the hole in the top half way down the side then reclose once seedling is in.. once u kno the plant has good roots cut the tie off.. best wishes :bigjoint:
 
I just put them pointed side down in Root Riot starter plugs, I am sure it is the same thing. They have little holes that fight the seed just snug. About 3 days later you get a little cute plant. Just make sure you don't let them keep drying out, fans do this really fast, and do not over water them. If you over water squeeze the excess out gently. If you set them in a place with low air movement and 18 hour light you shouldn't have to water at all until they sprout. Get them into your veg system afterward.
 
I used rapid rooters in my previous and current grow, seems to be sufficient from what I've seen, I think they have worm castings and other nutrients in there which can help. I believe that if there is any type of negative it might be the acidity of the soil. Though I could be wrong.
 
Here is what you do and much easier. If you are doing Hydro just get yourself a 2inch netty pot with neoprene sleeves. After you get the seedling going in your paper towel or water method just put the seedling in the neoprene sleeve and done.
