Is my seedling doomed?

Yesterday, when I was moving lights for watering, one of my seedlings in a cup tipped over and half the soil spilled out. I could see the root stretching pretty good so I was heartbroken. I stood the sprout back up and scooped the soil back into the cup around the root pretty good. Do you think it'll be okay or is it done for?

Same thing happend to me. The seedling was ok just grew a little slower for a couple of days.

it stunts it but these are weeds they grow in the desert

sucks man that happpend to me when i had lil seedlings in little white foam, cups but dont worry they recoverd. SO urs will recover

Ahhh...cool. I only have two sprouts as of now so I didn't want one to die. Thanks.
