Is my plant preflowering? First time growing.

This is my first time growing, so I am very new to all the signs. Is my plant preflowering? And if so what do I do? And what does this mean for the next stages to come?

Growing outdoors too

It’s flowering. She will stretch tall for a week or two more. When the stretch stops she will need less nitrogen and more p, k and calcium.

Awesome I'll see what I can do. I'm only worried as to where I live, summer is literally around the corner and I've heard because we will have longer days it will keep the girls in Veg a little longer
