Is my plant over watered?

Is my plant over- watered? I'm a second time grower so I'm not 100% sure about this, and my first plant was never like this

Yeah looks like it, water only when soil is barley moist. COuld be under watered too, that's for you to determine.

Thanks, and its definitively not underwatered, because the soil has been moist for as long as I can remember =o kiss-ass

If you don't have drainage holes the soil will take longer to dry out, FYI.

You should let the soil dry about 2 inches from the top before you water again.
