Is my plant okay?

Hey guys when sandy hit we lost electricity and well my plants stayed in dark for a very long time now i got leafs that are diformed one if big and thw other short plus my main concern is that i got 1leaf that as a yellow spot.

It doesn't look particularly happy, but, weed is pretty resilient, my guess it'll come back.

How can you tell if plant is happy sad or stressed?

idk.... I just mean it doesn't look like the most robust seedling I've ever laid eyes on.
