I think my plant is a femal, but I can't tell. Please help this is my first grow. It's also girl scout cookie by the way.

Looks female to me. Just keep an eye on it as this is one of the tricky parts of growing only females.

A picture from the side of the branch would be more useful.

You post heading asks "Is my plant flowering".... Are you already running in 12/12 photo period? I cant tell if its a female by looking at it from the top. Take a picture of the node area to see if it is showing pre flowers.
