Is my luck this bad or did I do it myself?

Hey this my first grow and I had 8 plants it was just regular bag seed and all 8 turned out to be male, I just chopped up the last 1 tonight and I was wondering if this is just a bad roll of the dice kind of thing or could be from environmental stress. They were not hermied at all just straight balls everywhere. Any info or advice would be great I have been trying to search and couldn't find anything.

It was bad luck. Look on the bright side, your luck can only get better.

I just mentioned this elsewhere, my first soil grow was from seed. 14 plants and 13 were male, imagine how I felt! I pulled the single female out of flower and back into veg then cloned her. I wasnt going to have all that time wasted!

I wish I had a female to clone! Oh well I guess. Time to start 8 more and maybe 1 day I can look back at this and laugh.
