do you believe in the 'curse' of the white lighter (for those of you that know). its said that that white lighters tend to not only fuck up your high but as well as your day. anyone truly have the 'curse' upon them after using a white lighter.

around here people believe that with yellow lighters i try not to believe it but for some reason every time someone pulls out a yellow lighter to light the bowl/blunt something bad ends up happening.ive had someone use a yellow lighter to hit a bong and right after he took his hit the bong broke. same thing with buying blunts before you get your bud.

ive been to jail 3 times w/ a green lighter and wont even touch one now !!

i got caught 3 times with a green lighter but always got a warning? lol

dude most of the time I dont know what color the lighter im using is

its nothing more then a myth. if you expect somthing bad to happen you will cause it to happen. i don't care what color a lighter is i just use it. i have used white lighters for years. when you look for good things to happen they will. next you will tell me that if you have a green lighter it means that your horney. don't have any hornes on my head.

I use brown or black BICS. Never do me wrong.

the curse of the white bic is famous where i grew up.
i remember being like 12-13 smoking joints and dudes would freakout if someone brought a white lighter

i got busted and i was using a white lighter cuz the cops could see it in the grass

i agree with the dude and the yellow lighter.. same " myth" around my way.. i refuse to buy a yellow lighter.. whenever i go into a wawa or seven eleven and ask for a lighter the cashier will ask what colour, so i say anything but yellow.. i would take a pink with purple poka dots over a yellow any day of the week..
isn't it something like jimmy hendrix and or jim morrison had a white lighter on their person when their bodies were found? i think that is the rumor part of this myth that i have heard..

Not always the ones ive gotten have all been green underneath. But where im from its yellow lighters that are bad luck ive never bought one and dont plan on it.

When you name a piece, the name must start with an "S". seriously.

i know a lot of people who refuse to touch red lighters. i just think since there are relatively few colors of bics ( the clear color plastic lighters are pieces of shit and break easy as fuck so i never use them cursed or not) there is a higher chance of you doing somethin stupid with the same color multiple times. ive never heard someone say they think a zodiac lighter or any other besides a solid color bic.
as far as pieces go i dont care what you name it just never rest it on your lap. seen many a bowl smash when people stand up

every single time iv smoked with a the cursed colour iv been busted now when somone pulls one out i grab it throw it into the woods and give then a differnt colour ( carry many for that same reson ) now only the youngins bring em anywhere near me

YES!! i totally follow the white lighter superstition.
i use black lighters becuase in my opinion they're lucky. (never been caught... or anything while using a black lighter)

i'ts funny... my friends n i follow this to the point that one day there was a white lighter laying around while we were tokin it up... and one of my friends sees it.. picks it up. and THROWS IT screaming "fuck the white lighter!"

it caused rolling laughter for quite a while..

You guys are funny. I've never, ever, heard of anyone being superstituous over the color of lighters. If this is true with you all, then maybe we should be creating and marketing really cool looking marijuana matches - guranteed to bring only good luck ??
