Is it to late to start growing outdoors?

No,But dont expect a huge yield

no you can still grow but like he said you won't yeild as much as you would it you planted with the season.. although you can still force flower, kind of like the way you grow indoors, and youll get some buds. ill be force flowering my plant next week
