is it to late to flush

my plant is ready to harvest. i just came home i was away for a little and my gf was taking care of it. its ready to harvest today judging from the trichs. is it too late to flush her. could i flush today and wait till tomorrow. or even flush and harvest today.

What medium and what nutes?

The only disadvantage I can imagine would be a longer drying/hanging time?

I don't flush, but also barely fertilize.

Flushing is not a requirement for harvesting weed. Folks who seriously feed their plants, and others who use a lot of cheap chemical ferts often opt to flush, which washes excess XYand Z from the soil and should remove any metal taste.
I never heard of it until I landed here on RIU? Like I wrote, I feed lightly and water thoroughly . . . and see no need to flush my grows.
