Is it time to harvest?

First time grower here, and my ladies have been at 12/12 for approximately 9 weeks, and I think they're getting pretty close to maturity. The pistils on one in particular are mostly orange (see pictures), but my pocket scope doesn't come in until tomorrow. Honestly, even with the pocket scope, I don't know that I'm going to know if a trichrome is milky or clear, but I guess we'll see tomorrow.

In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone with experience would be able to tell from the pictures if this girl is reaching the maturity point or not? The focus is pretty good on some trichromes, but it's still hard for me to tell.

Any advice is welcome!!

3BC35CC2-034E-4A75-A654-136F1FA92A40.jpeg It’ll look something like this. Look for mostly milky and and some amber. Everyone is different on what sort of high they want.

Thanks for the advice!! I'm trying to make it til next weekend before harvest, when I'll have some more time, and was just fearful that they might get over-ripe before then. I'll take a look through my scope tomorrow and compare to the picture Lordhooha posted. Thanks again!!

Thanks week 5 now so 3 to go so i have been told what do you reckon and why no need to flush ?
You have more than three weeks, gone go by breeder times. As for flushing no crop out there gets flushed. Your not going to be able to flush anything out. Your simply starving your plants reducing their potential. Tobacco doesn’t get flushed corn, strawberries none if it simply because your not able to flush those nutrients out of the plant. You can simply water the last few weeks and let the plant use what nutrients are still available. But that’s leeching not flushing. In hydro I simply reduce the amount I feed so say I’m feeding at 1.2 eco I’ll drop that down to something like 0.5ec for the last week. That way it can get anything it needs just not an over abundance. The final two or so weeks are when the plant will typically gain its last bit of bulk, resin and all that.
