Is it stunning ?

I have a little seedling , that i put in 12/12 cause i dont have alot of space , its about 10 to 14 days old and its at its 2 second leaf set .....is it bad?

second set i mean , theres te cotyleons , then the single tip leaves , then the other leafs are still develloping
