i would use a prepaid credit card(to be safe) im in the states and they got one of mine orders and just sent me a letter sayin that they confiscated my seeds and that no further action will be taken in this matter! dont sweat it ! order!

I think the odds are better than 80 percent. I ordered 5 separate orders last year...........2008 and all arrived on time in good order.
One thing you dont want to do is order to a location where something illegal is happening.
