Is it ready to flip to 12/12??

Hello guys need a bit of an advise ,its my first ever SCROG grow and am growing w.widow from G.H seeds ,and THE ULTIMATE from Dutch passion... these ladies has been in soil for about nearly 4 months,but I fucked up in the begining with nuts as a novice but thanks to some cool guys here who helped me with the problem . but still its stop growing for 3 or 4 weeks ,slow growth,(i was like fuck what have i done)but didnt loose hope,kept on looking after them like sick kids,learn to understand them, ive top them i dont know how many time LOLL ...supercrop,LST ...,and DEFINITELY learn a lots with these 2 strain and there they are,

(..So before i fuck up again as it my first scrog i've consider asking u guys....Is it the time to flip,or should i wait a week or so???,last time ive topped them was 4 days
Pls let me know am quite excited to see them budding ,Using 4x 400watt MD and will be flowering with 2x250watts + 4x400watt HPS...

Thanks for the reply, u mean room area or net ?? if room its 14ft by 8ft ,and my net id 7ft by 3 ft... u think it would be a gud harvest??

1 more question,before i switch to bloom am thinking of 30 hours of darkness ,is it worthy???
and what nut line should i feed pre flower or should i give it the same for the last time before sending them to sleep??
