IS IT POSSIBLE?

Well fellas I'm in the 12 the week of flower and I'm coming to the conclusion that the reason why my marijuana plant still has white hairs is because of the power of my lights I have 3 t5 units and I believe it's taking way longer than usual with these lights. There the 3ft units. Is it possible that my plants pistil's are (stretching) and actually ready to be harvested.??

The lighting is incredibly underpowered. You will get shockingly different results with your buds up top vs the ones at the bottom which a t5 cant even reach.

I wouldnt flower under 400w hps. But anyways. So your white hairs have nothing to do with it. Take a jewlers loupe and look at the trichs. 60/40 cloudy amber is good...

That sure does look ready to me...

I wouldn't go entirely by hairs. I'm pretty sure it's possible to have almost completely white hairs and perfectly ripe trichomes at the same time. Get out your handy-dandy jeweler's loupe and take a peek at those crystals and see what you find. If you've got a nice mix of some amber, a lot of cloudy, and a few clear, you're probably ready to go. Like FoggyFrogger said, 60/40 mix is good.

Those calyxes look swollen, those buds are fat. So, as long as your trichomes are looking right, then cut that girl down and enjoy the smoke brudda' :weed:
