Is it ok to do this?

My seeds just sprouted and im putting them in rockwool and i have a germanation dome. The only light i have is a 400 watt mh. Is it ok to turn that light on 24/7 for them and should i keep the dome on what should my air temps be

yeah u can run the 400mh just keep it back off the seedlings so as not to burn them.
as for temp you want 74f to 78f
also it helps to put a seedling heating pad under the rockwool tray.
and depending on your budget you may want to buy a cool tube or some other high quality sealed air cooled hood.

yeah u can run the light 24/7 or 18/6 both are veg. depends on what u wanna do. and i never heard of anyone using a germanation dome. the air temps should be 75-85 anything over 85 could be bad

i saw a root on one sprouting two should i wait for the other one to sprout then go 24/7

Anyone please help

put the sprouted seed in under the light and move the seed thats still germinating somewhere like on top of your computer to keep it warm and in your face so you dont forget to keep it moist
