Is it normal to get panic attacks when smoking marujuna?

look im not trying to scare you..honestly take it from me...im panic attic king..
do a breathing exercise when you get a panic attack..

1. you know its a panic attack so just keep telling yourself that..your gonna be fine..
2. you think your gonna die but your not..(think of all the times you THOUGHT you were gonna die and youre still here..)
3.think of it this way...if something is wrong and you do die...well your not gonna be alive to know..(so its no longer a big deal)


now for the breathing exercising...

breathe in real deep while counting to 5
hold it and count to 5
breathe out while counting to 5
hold it out and count to 5

do this a few different times to chill the hell out

you can pick any number you want 5 is just one i use...

i know all this im teling you seems dumb and impossible to do...but im telling you what many years of this shit has done to me and working through it..

also some of this stuff ive learned came from a my psychologist who believe in not taking drugs for anxiety and believe in using methods and tools to deal with it..
this stuff really does work..

Yeah exactly you learn to do things like those breathing exercises or simply distracting yourself with something hilarious when you feel paranoid ya know? That's what I do at least....

i smoked for years with out any issues of panic , then i had a bad shroom trip, after that i couldnt smoke without freaking out and panicing for about 2 years , then i slowly did smoking baby steps for about a year, now im all good. curious if you suffered any similar events that could of triggered your new found panic attacks

Thanks alot you guys I'm gonna be pretty confident smoking next time. This time I'll do it little by little and try all these different strains you guys talking about :)

You can't take too much, you can smoke 1 pound in 1 hour and your not going to get any higher than if you smoked 3 bowls.
Maybe there is a point where you're just not going to get more high, but I have to disagree with the "you can't take too much" part. I've had weed panic attacks, and finally realized that I just can't smoke very much at once. It doesn't take much for me to get high, and I've come to accept that I'm a lightweight. I'm fine with that.

I think your right man. I smoked like half a blunt and b4 that I didn't smoke for like 6 months. Then all the sudden I smoke. Maybe it was just a bad trip over dose haha
but I think I'm gonna only start smoking strawberry cough everybody is saying it's for anxiety but I researched it and it says it's more sativa I think.
 
If you wana smoke dope you needa be able to handle this, this plant has the ability to gift you or curse you if you let it, so turn your mind around and be happy and positive :) nothings gona happen, its just your brain being a dick. Youre completely safe and theres no need to be sketching out. you should just remind yourself to chill and enjoy the buzz, dopes the only thing that keeps you sane man :)
