is it good for a plant to be left outside when its budding?

i was told it turns the plant into somethin called bush weed? may be one of you heard of it?

IT will grow into a bush.If its flowering time outside where you are from its fine to leave your plant out there.As long as there are no males nearby it wont get pollinated and you woundnt have to worry about seedy bud.That will be bush if it was to get pollinated but all female=all dank.
