Is it foxtailing??

Hello all. I've got 6 fems, (shwag 100 an oz.) Under 12 42w cfls been flowering 8-9 weeks. I just flushed a few das ago and now after a short no growth period there seems to be small buds growing out of the bud. I believe I've seen this called foxtails. This is my 4th grow and this is a first for me. Should I worry or just enjoy the xtra weight. Its making the buds look funny like little towers growing out of the bud. BTW I an no longer feeding nutes only straight water.Please help I'm getting very concerned. Thanx

My current plants started to do this. I think why my plants did it because there was a bit of light getting into my flowering room during the dark period. I know what you mean by funny looking, one of my has about 5 little colas they look like. They had started to fill in after I fixed the problem.
