Yeah I mean they wont just shrivel up and die but you should not have to touch them its part of the process you can touch them when they are ready!!!

no, dont touch them jus for the sake of touching... but, if you first clean your hands and nails, you can pinch like 1/16 off the tops of ea bud and they are sappose to get bigger! one time ev 2 weeks...

It's not topping to pull of the flower of the plant lol. Topping is when you remove the main growing shoot which has the largest concentration of growth hormones so the plant bushes out more. I have no idea what purpose it would serve to rip off the very part of the plant you aim to get the most of. It's not like the plant is going to replace it with two flowers...Just look at his other posts around here...
