nice one bro, im also growing 2 plants per big pot, obviously wont be able 2 pull it out if its male so i guess you just cut it at the bottom and take it out. If it's real good bag weed then i dont blame you, im growing some real cheap kc brains variety as its my first grow, got a couple of seeds from nice stuff i bought saved though, am gonna do a couple indoors when summer comes to an end. Probably gonna get some auto flowering puppies aswell, and a guy i just bought some weed off says he sells cuttings and its literally the most stonking stuff i have come accross in the uk so will probably hook that up at some point too. good luck with your grow, i know whatu mean, mine has some bug issues, one has trips, also one looks pretty haggard with holes in leaves and white flecks all over them too. None of them are perfect to be honest, i got 2 big guys and 2 small guys, the small guys leaves look healthier if anything, what am i saying theyrent guys they are girls (hopes) lol. I will take some pics in a few days because would like to know how to mend them, also on the stems of my plants got little gnat like ants with wings, dont know what they are, in a little colony on my stalks, lol. its quite windy where i live by the coast, you should see my stalks they are ridiculous, if i dont get any good weed at the end i can always make a fishing rod or something with the stem because its so thick its like a tree lol, exaggerating obviously but they r fat. Let me know if possible when ours start to flower, i live in southern england so im sure it wont be the same as yours but interesting to see other people progress :)

its a combo of light and genetics. I have 20 or so outside and some are flowering as of 3 weeks ago, some just starting last week....others....not even close.....and its still long daylight for up here in Maine.
People have been bagging their plants for years man.....no worries. I do a 24 hour black out....then 7 am 7pm ( bag it from 7pm to 7 am). they def wont suffocate and you will get your flowering in line when 'you" want....not nature...lol.
Do a few day test run and maybe use some bamboo stakes to support the contractor bag.....rather than the plant bearing the bag weight. youll be smoking dank Sept first if all goes well...heehee.
Bag it but keep an eye on it.
Good Luck!

Helo, i have 4 plants in 2 big pots outside dug into the ground a foot. Am just starting to flowering process now and after 12 hours daylight i have put a fold up table over the top of them with a waterproof barbecue jacket over the table and then a large thick blanket on topso no light gets through. The table is only just about as wide as the plants are, there is probably half a foot between the top of the plants and the bottom of the table if you understand what i mean. just wondering if a lack of oxygen/air movement will kill my plants, dont really have another way of flowering them because the daylgiht doesnt get down to 12 hours until end of september here, takes 9 weeks to flower this strain so wont be ready to end of november/early december, and its just way to cold at that time of year, not to mention wet. So anybody know if im smothering my plants or if they will be fine. They will only be covered like this for a few horus a day, 4 max as i take them off again at night when its dark outside. Any knowledge appreciated :-)

I would try and leave a small airspace on eachside, bottom. Just for a bit ofairflow, itwill help cutdown on condensation. A couple of 18inch pcs. of 6 inch pvc pipe work great. Allows air to flow butshuts out most of the light.

original gangsta. if you have two in a pot that can be bad. you want to get them seperated quite soon. if one is male you should try and take the whole thing out the best you can. especially before they start to flower.even if you cut the stem off a male the roots are still under the soil and can rootbound the other plant. thats exactly why i transplanted one of mine. the one i transplanted in the ground is doin terrible though lol.

oh and yeah i had a bug problem and the small things you speak of sound like afids. get some lady bugs on your plants =) put like 3-4 lady bugs on each plant that has the problem. the lady bugs love afids andwill eat spider mites too but thats not first on their menu.

that's a good tip dude, the pots they are in are pretty large, filled up with 20 litres of soil, hmmm, they have been growing there a while, i think when i find the males they will be hard to pull out without the roots damaging the other plant should they be female. maybe i will get lucky and they'll all be female, to be honest the pots are pretty large and i have decided to actually give them 12/12 as of now because looking at the average rainfall for england, i'd be silly not too, in the summer its all nic ehot and sunny with perhaps a day or 2 a week of rain, where as in september/october it really does come down a heck of a lot more, causing humidity problems, and if im gonna have nice buds on it by this time woudl hate for the bud to rot! Im going to take advantage of the hot summer and then my plants shouldnt have any issues, if i start flowering now they will be ready by the end of september, which i think is best, thanks alot for your helps people.

alright i mean even if the other plant in the pot is female that wouldnt be tha main concern. i had mine in a pot too and they looked fine but they will get root bound if theres not 3 feet of space between them and yeah humidity got up to 100% yesterday lol idk if you can get much worse than that.

haha, indeed mate that is some humid conditions! so what do you reccomend? they are not 3 feet apart, the stems are probably 8-10 inches apart from each other, sounds like i have a problem!

well you dont have a problem FOR SURE but it could easily turn into one when all those roots tangle together and stops your girls from growing

cause the one i took outta the pot i mean yeah i ripped roots on both of them but it was safer than tryin to keep them in there. i debated for two days whether i should risk taking it out. just if you do make sure you find the one you are putting in the ground or another pot good sunlight and nice rich soil if possible

Yeah good call, well i will definitely have to repot them, thanks for the tip because that could have ruined my gro so rep to you man, thanks very much, just dig it out as good i can, because i cant be turning this pot upside down (obviously couldnt anyway because of their being 2 in there! would you transplant the one you leave also in the sense of making it central, or just leave it to be happy and not shock any more of the roots?

Hey Im knew to RIU but have experimented a lot, I live where the humidity sucks the soil is crap, and I know for a fact that my plants don't flower at 12/12. I have had the babies out until early november and have left some during frost, I have never had any major catastrophies, just limit water and stop feeding like in end of september, and if ya get bud rot clip that shizzy out asap. And def transplant 2 plants in one, its always a hassle, I got one now and it drinks like a bastard and they fight each other it's really a pain. Also research a lot on strains, especially climate and flower period, I usually go with strains such as White widow, Biddy Early, Northern Lights, Kaya Gold and throw some bag seeds for more of an experiment. And with harsher climate the plants look totally different, a purple color on leaves is common, but as long as the bud stays good I really could care less.

Be careful of covering them when wet. If you do use new material. If you could make a makeshift tent or prop the cover so it doesnt have to touch the buds
.Covering them when wet and with material not new could introduce mold spores, and destroy most of your crop
