Is Herbies the best seed bank in USA?

Im not american but even i can tell you no they definitely are not theres lots of good and bad american banks herbies is just a bulk outfit for the most part for good examples of american breeders the likes of lucky dog seed co or csi humbolt or top dawg seeds are a better bet imo many will make many claims not all seed sellers are straight and honest

Maybe it's a bit biased. They don't have a huge selection. Getting legit seeds with fast shipping from USA banks is easy these days. I still use Seedsman, even over buying direct from breeders, because they have good deals and bonus seeds. They now ship out of the USA but are based in Spain.

Whats best is subjective. For me its JBC, because their selection of breeders is on point, Bohdi, AKBB, Dynasty/Relic, crickets and cicadas, katsu, and so many more incredible breeders all right on the landing page, no fluff. Cant beat it. Great lakes genetics is good too. Breeders direct is all right.

I stay away from white label retailers, but alot of people love them. To each their own.

but I guess they are doing their job to become best. I'd say there's no such things as best or worst but may I say they actually pretty good

Avoid banks and buy direct from the breeder when you can, you usually get better deals and better freebies that way.

In my experience, this isn't true but I guess it is subjective.

Yeah def subjective. Anyone can come on here and say the one they buy from is best. It's nice that there is competition and openness. I still use a bank that is tried and true because I could buy from multiple breeders and if anything went wrong they would resend. So I became loyal. I still shop around but Seedsman always has the best deals. But these days the game is changing and you don't need to worry as much you can just shop around for deals.

And the breeders you mentioned, there's thousands of people out there pollen chucking. How would I know those brands are good if you didn't try them out on multiple grows and get experience on multiple strains from each brand? I only buy from highly reputable seed companies. Somebody else can be the guinea piggy. But somebody has to do it.

That's why I use forums. I physically can't do the work that the combined efforts of thousands of growers have. I'm just giving my 2 cents for others to further research.

If you want one person to definitively tell you what is and isn't worth growing of the tens of thousands of strains out there, I don't know what to tell you.

before it was legal in any states ,herbies was my go to, every order made it to my door with no problems and all they did was put seeds in a empty cd case lol. edit: im not saying they are number 1 ,but they never did me wrong .i did have a female seeds(brand) feminized wwxbb herm on me but it was 3/4 way through flower and plant turned out fine

Memphisto is killing it if autos are something that works for you. They give freebies all day long and I can tell you they are good genetics.

Ive gotten autos from Ilgm, pacific seed bank, and crap king, when I ordered photos.
So now I just stay away from white label banks.

Seedsman, seedsherenow, and North Atlantic Seed Company are the only 3 banks i buy from and that's cause they send in original breeder packs.

No but they are decent and safe they also will replace failed germ seeds. i have ordered 2 times from them and ive been happy. My granddaddy purple from them has been a great plant.
