possesion, cultivation, sale, probably nail you with other shit like keeper of a disorderly house ect ect

Most likely felony manufacture, cultivation and distribution of marijuana. Depending on the amount and what state you live in and if the Fed's or locals bust you and how far away from a school it was and the charges are usually aggravated if firearms are involved.

I was watching DEA the other day.. in Tenn. if it has a root its a pound..even a male 12" plant....a seedling... a clone..... all a LB. $3000.00 so here..not much... some states you're gone.
