You shouldnt worry too much about soil fungus since its just decomposing organic matter in your soil. If you decide to go with H2O2 solution you should be very carefull since it also kills beneficial flora in the soil and roots. Another option is to spray a product called Serenade which contains a beneficial bacteria that eats fungi mycelium and you can use it till harvest, in addition, if you combine Serenade with Ed Rosenthal's zero tolerance spray, you have yourself the ultimate mold killer.
