Is Canada really better? GTA housing prices say different. 99 year mortgages for realz?

As far as the people go though? No question. Being hammered in a Canadian city is completely different and better than being fucked up in American city. They give you actual directions in Canada without screaming "Fucking Tourist!" at you.

And I do love Canadian women. It's easy for a woman to look sexy in a bikini. It's fucking hard for a woman to look sexy in a parka.

99 year mortgage? What? You mean lease? I've heard of that on building like the WTC buildings, etc. but never on a house.

Yep, years ago a friend's grandfather had a 99 yr lease on a cabin he had built, from scratch with only friends help within the Yosemite environs. Made a road, brought in power at his own expense. In the late '70's, about 5 yrs before the end of lease the family was notified that it won't be renewed. Now its a rental owned by Curry

I had never heard of this until we were looking for some commercial property last month in Colorado...99 year lease.
Not a terrible idea if you have no comprehension of wealth building, but for me and mine we like to OWN what we pay for.

That old guy either knew what he was doing or he didn't...either way there is no blame to place but at his own feet.

The walleye are nice and gold !! But your beer is expensive ! But Molson beer kicks ass! Drank a bunch of kokanee too.but then your darn bears love busting into fishing camps and eating all the dry foods .. I love having Canada as my neighbor!

I love Americans and America, every place has its armpit, but overall Canada is much better my 'pinion-- oh and we're especially at making maple syrup and playing HOCKEY wah wah.. #GOCanada #GOLDMEDALS
