Is bestiality wrong?

If a boy grows up feeling romantically attracted to Animals, and falls in love with a particular cow, and wants to marry outside his species... and the animal is agreeable, why not? lol

Shouldn't animals have the same rights as humans, and those who practice bestiality be protected from discrimination? :-P

I won't judge you for it, but maybe you should try dating humans.
You might actually like it.

Nice try, talking in the third person and all. Almost fooled us.

It wasn't what you thought. The animals head was stuck in the fence, and he was trying to free it. ;-)

How in the hell would an animal be "agreeable" GC?

The only thing that matters to me is consent. Can the person, object, thing, turkey sandwich... consent? If they can, and they do, have at it. If they do, but are not of legal age, no go. If they can't...like animals, and turkey sandwiches can't, then no go. (though you can legally fuck a turkey sandwich, I'm pretty sure...)

Pretty simple right...

That's why that slippery slope argument for allowing gay marriage, which I caught a bit of an undertone of on this thread, is invalid. "if we let the gays get married, then the pedophiles will be allowed to too, and then people'll start marryin' animals and ducks and such, THEY TOOK ER JOOBS!!"

I figured anti-gay-marriage sentiments were the underlying reason for the post as well.
But giving them the benefit of the doubt for now.

After all, if he has a sexual attraction to animals he's not hurting anyone. If he acts on it with someone/something that is not able to consent, that's the issue.

But if Mister Ed says "Get sucking, farmboy.", then more power to them both.

Apparently it makes it a lot easier to train them to get your pipe and slippers, and a beer from the fridge.

Obviously, this is an attack against homosexual marriages,it's the same argument many who are opposed to homosexuals use, and it's absolutely nonsensical. Homosexual marriage involves consenting adults....beastiality and pedophelia do not,as animals and children cannot give consent.

Not necessarily. He could be a priest looking for validation for his desire to have sex with children.

Or a parent trying to understand that special bond between their clergymen and their children. It's a very special thing the church does for society, with all that giving... and groping... and threatening eternal hellfire for telling.

Why the heck not??!

Listen, it's not 'wrong' as long as it's not animal cruelty, abuse and what have you. If you..maintain the air of mutual 'consent' for lack of a better word, then shit's fine.

Are we going to judge you on it? OF COURSE! it's fucking creepy and weird. Just because it doesn't make you a bad person and just because it doesn't reflect on your character doesn't mean it doesn't reflect on your mental state or stability. It's not wrong, just psychologically off.
And lets face it people, that's something you definitely take into consideration while criticizing somebody.

It's not exactly as controllable a characteristic as say, being obese. Being fat is much more of a controlled factor then sexual desire or 'love'.

Speaking of overly fat people, I understand in some cases it's genetics, but in most cases it's poor decision and indecisiveness rather than not. Does anyone find it ironic that people daily are judged based on characteristics they cannot control, race, financial placement, sex, age yet when you judge someone on something that is fully under their control, like being 150-200lbs over weight you're insensitive and a bad person for it? How dare you judge somebody on something that's fully within there 'Control' whether they want to admit it to themselves or not. If anything being obese up to that point is pretty much a mirror reflection of poor characteristics and habit. I'm rambling on of course, but you get my point.

Point of the story, don't worry about it, just keep it to yourself. Nobody needs to know that shit as much as your religion or anything else on equally personal levels.
Just remember, if people know, they're going to validly make judgement on you as an individual on it. It's fucking natural, and quite very logical as well might I add.

I'd argue you'd almost be just as crazy as the individual in question if you didn't.

Animals are generally aroused by scent, not by visual stimulation or touching so they would just think you are touching them to make them feel good. I'm not saying it is right but the animal usually goes about sex strictly for procreation. Humans, however do not. That's why there isn't or shouldn't be an issue with homosexuality. Those who are homophobes and all against marriage, etc. are just afraid of it because deep down inside they know they have strong, latent homosexual tendencies. They should just suck a dick and get it over with so they would stop worrying so much about the guys who do it and enjoy it. They would just end up joining the gang. Stupid gay haters. . .not even man enough to admit you like another mans jumbblies.

Dolphins, Bonobo's, Humboldt penguins and a few other animals are noticed amongst very few species besides our own to have sex for pleasure along with or rather then procreation. Just something to note, I'm not trying to give any of you creepsters ideas...

Okay, I should rephrase that. I won't judge him negatively for having an urge to slip his "love boat" into the "quadraped love canal".

At least as long as it remains and urge and not an action.

Maybe he should try primates. If he makes a play for one that speaks in sign language he might be able to get the consent he so obviously desires.

Though in Germany, after a debated over the "personhood" of a chimp, they decided he didn't qualify. I'm not sure if Green Cross was involved in that case or not.

I couldn't care less about who the hell people love or choose to be with
If a dude wants to marry his couch go right the hell ahead as long as you don't bother me
It seems silly for anyone to have any say in someones decision of who they love
Yeah a lot of shit seems stupid and I would never EVER take part in but who am I to say that they can't? If it is consensual than you may now kiss the bride
