Is Being Elite Really That Great?

Now I know that it's supporting the site and i am down for that but still...

i don't know how to do all the stuff with my profile and all that jazz... so the profile it worse... i don't even get a title...

pluss the private elite forums are all dead all the time...is there really an advantage?

but don't get me wrong i love RIU, but i don't know... seems like there should be something going on in hear...

you can change your title be going into "edit profile", under "my rollitup".

I do it more to support the site. But your right the private section is dead!

Well, I like the unlimited post length. =) LOL.. um.. and no ads. Plus I think that pot leaf looks good next to my avatar.

LOL.. but I really just love RIU- RIU should have the means to expand and take care of this website as he sees fit..just making sure he can do that.

I understand the elite section is lacking and that is my fault... I am trying to line up reliable people to speak to this section of the forum, I will also be doing random giveaway's each month, just bare with me

The reason for the forums being dead is that we haven't got enough elite members yet... but they are coming.

I just signed up for elite so I'll see how it goes. I can't wait for the Elite Forums to be a little less dead.

well.....than start talking if everyone thinks its dead. There's nothing stopping anyone from posting any amount of threads

i spend so much time here i felt guilty for not paying.

this site has given me so much info in the last year and i felt i had to give something back to rollitup. thats why i joined the elite, lol the other stuff is just a little bonus. im a happy chappy now i have my elite badge next to my name.

It says when joining i think that you could edit old msgs and delete attachment ..How come ya cant get in to edit your msg,s or to delete any attachments when them threads r well dead ????????

Yes to that, but why and where have the forum change drop-down menus gone? I and others seem to have lost them altogether and can't therefore post in ERS forums or go anywhere but new posts and My RIU
