Do you mean a 60 gallon rated air pump for 7 gallons? "GPH" is gallon per hour. A rating for a water pump.

The pump names are interchangeable. Good quality aquarium pumps are serious business. There is no difference in a commercial air pump. A person can have a couple thousand dollars in fish swimming around.
One of the top of line brands are Iwaki. I've used one of their aquarium water pumps with hydro before. It's a once in a lifetime type purchase.
