Is 67/68 degrees too cold?

So I’m sitting at 84 F and RH 54%. Ideally I need more humidity now? 70 ish?
That might be a few degrees too warm, RH at 54% isn't all that bad. You can put in a bowl or small bucket or water and have a towel hung half in the water and half over the edge of the bucket to help raise humidity.

I'd say you are now in a better position than you were 24 hours ago.

Ok, I can put the exhaust fan on… I tried it for about an hour and it stayed high 70s. Then I guess I need an inkbird if something. I work from home but I can’t keep up with the on and off.

You can grow weed at 67, but growth rate and yield will suffer. In such conditions, "about a pound" becomes "around 3 QP's".
I’m thinking if I keep everything in the center, train accordingly, not veg too long, I can keep it closer to a 3x3 with the walls sucked in, but not sure if that’ll cause problems in flower. It may.
