Iron Deficiency? two pics

I bought some miracle grow seedling soil 5-5-5 and miracle grow perlite 5-1-4. I mixed them 70/30 and all I have done is water once a week. I noticed the miracle grow seedling soil has .10% iron included. Is the iron hurting my plant or phosphorus?

ewww i dont like miracle grow, i never get nothing outta it and my plants keep dying due to time release nutes it has, and the iron could be causins issues thing then again im not too sure, id try using a diffirent type of soil. Good luck

I am going to try basic soil next time and just add my own nutrients.
