Who did you get the seeds from? I grew Purple Haze from ILGM and I didn't see any purple until the 6th week of flower and it first came in on the clayxes and the edges of the sugar leaves. Temps ranged from 72f in the day to 65f at night.
Two weeks later the fan leaves started turning full on purple. There was so much purple pigment in the leaves that I stepped on a purple baby fan leaf and, when I pulled it off my sock, there was a purple stain in the shape of a pot leaf on my sock.
And, yes, those plants were totally over fed

If you want purple bud grow a purple strain. You might be growing what someone called Purple Haze but there is no guarantee it will turn purple. Purple isn't anything special anyway. I've grown strains like PCK that will give you a purple pheno or a rarer green pheno. I prefered the green for both taste and potency.

I got mine from ILGM as well from a haze mix pack.
