Introduced my friends to the good stuff/can u tell the difference?

Been away for a while came back to my place in Az and found that i still had a decent amount of my CA medicine in my safe. It was a little old but it was fantasic stuff when I bought it (blue dream and GDP) so decided to bring it over to my friends place and let them smoke it. In Az around ASU its really hard to find good stuff for some reason so my friends had never really tried top shelf product. ( I hoard my stuff because of my stomach condition I need top shelf or it hurts worse) Anyways I let them smoke it and it was awesome to see the look on there face.

Now I moved in with another group that thinks reg weed is good stuff looks like I got alot of teaching to do

Just wanted to tell someone

Also can you guys tell the difference in the high between good and bad stuff or it just me?

Im glad i was introduced to the bombies early. Well i guess now i know when i goto Az in 2 weeks i should bring some bud with me then.. Since i guess theres nothing good out there? do you guys have anything else? Aka, Shrooms or acid?

reg weed doesnt even give me a mind change. blue dream and gdp from cali med dispensaries are great try some blue jack its like blue dream and just as good. if u ever come across some maui purp grab that shit.

reg weed barely gives a high. more like a slightly altered view with a headache. i'm actually glad i didn't start smoking the good shit till i was 18 or so. it was a nice "graduation" to the better shit becauseup to that point the only time i had good shit was when we stole it from my friend's mom. and the garbage weed probably did a better job keeping my teenage brain intact, although the chemicals and mold that were likely in there might have short circuted some shit.

We usually can get a hold of shrooms acid is hard to get shitty weed is everywhere but good stuff is really hard to find. It's hard for me to even do bad stuff since I started smoking when I got my license in Cali so I never tested the water before jumping in if you know what I mean. I can't wait to bring some really dank stuff to the reg smokers

Seeded shitty bud gives me a different high than the good stuff, but thats to be expected, the good shit didnt waste most of its energy making seeds so therefore posseses higher levels of the good stuff. I think its unacceptable that seeded shitty weed exists, their is really no excuse for it. Ive never been able to understand how someone could grow a fuck ton of bud and just let the males knock the gals up, sure sometimes their is nothing you can do really but that should be the very rare exception rather than the rule. Hurts me to think of the wasted potential.

IMO, if you can't tell any difference between Sensimilla buds.. and regular shitty seedy stemmy regs.. you shouldn't be smoking.

That's part my issue, i can't tell what would constitute "regs" in this area. I've bought weed containing seeds just once in my life, aside from that, none whatsoever, and the stalks are just upto whether a certain dealer is a cheap shit or not, it never has anything to do with the quality of the smoke (i mean my e-cheese sells for less than £4 a gram, it has stalks in it, being a plant and all, and also some small seed looking things, does that means its regs?)

Regs has a very distinct smell compared to kush.
Kush smells thick, and dank... whereas regs normally has a peppery or sweet smell to it.

There's literally no confusing regs for kush.....

This is why i get confused! This makes it out almost as if regs is a type of strain, as far as i am concerned, reg's means nothing more than average quality weed, and as such, any kush is capable of being a reg.

Regs - crappy genetics; seeded buds (non-Sensimilla); Usually a crappy smell (most the time, is smells like whatever it was shipped with or in) unless its homegrown.. which around here isn't hard to find actually.

Sensimilla Buds - No seeded buds; awsome genetics; higher THC contents; smells/tastes WAY better than any other type of buds; period. Sensimilla buds are what I; and pretty sure the rest of us around here grow. Alot of what you see around here, is Sensimilla grows. For instance, I currently have my last plant of Nirvana's feminized 'ICE' plant going and two AK48's going along with it. All three plants will produce 'Sensimilla' type buds with no seeds (hence the meaning of Sensimilla). Once harvest times comes around, I'll have some nice and stinky sticky Sensimilla buds.


So, I also wanted to mention again that, if you cant tell the difference between how much better the 'headies' are than reg "shwaggs".. I mean actually, how could you not be able to notice how much better the taste/smell/high of Sensimilla buds is than when compared to any other type of bud.. Sensimilla is what every grower wants.. unless otherwise decided. Some people like breeding and or crossing strains with other strains with their strains to breed up a new strain to try out.. so they may actually want/need a male plant.. as well as a mother plant. But, generally speaking.. Sensimilla is what we all want at harvest.

How i saw it, i've just never been able to easily say regs or high's, it is all great, and sometimes greater, but rarely is it of a quality where you are wishing for something better, it's alllll good. Then again folk across the pond most likely have a much better pallet for cannabis than people like me, (might as well state that i can't differentiate taste in cannabis, always just tastes like dirty smoke ) if i ever pick up a bag of something special and named, i don't have enough in quantity or variation to be able to learn to identify different characteristics, not to mention bags often contain a random nug or something else. I have trouble telling the difference between my own weed and stuff i buy.
